Scraper. There's been a few like that over the years. The best one was the bloke/blokes who spotted a skip full of tapes outside Olympic Studios. They were all master session tapes for the Stones, the Who etc. etc. etc.
Hence the flood of bootlegs like the Stones 'Satanic Sessions' boxsets.

The bloke who is selling these got them through another bloke who just walked in to the Boleyn Ground and helped himself to a lorry load of seats as they were about to be dumped.

Aberdeen. Very true. Strange as it sounds, I have an enormous attachment to a pewter and enamel WH necklace shape like the number 1. (Well, the cheap chain itself is long gone, but I still have the WH number 1 that hung off it).
I bought it in the 70's when boys wearing little silver chain necklaces with things hanging off them, St. Christophers or whatever, was quite common, before anyone starts.
Anyway. Absolute piece of tat, just sits in a box with various other bits and pieces. But I'd be livid if I lost it.

Its a funny thing, how we value stuff. I bid on a pile of things (signs etc) at the end of season auctions but got seriously outbidded on every single thing I bid for.
It would have been nice to get a few wee bits to keep. Sad I know but thats this damn club. Its in our veins.

It's probably the builders. Back in the eighties I used to work for a fella who made a fortune when the original Wardour St. Marquee Club shut down.
He was walking past as the builders were filling a skip with decades of signed contracts, paperwork, flyers etc etc etc, Chucked them a few quid to take the lot and everything else they'd be throwing out, he even had the entire stage. Made an absolute mint out of it all.

me and johnson see loads of seats in some kind of lock up yard on the way back to the pub one time. maybe someone has got hold of them?

Bit gutted actually, I'd have liked to buy three for my kids and one for myself.
I did email someone about photographing inside the ground as it was being demolished but no reply.
